Hello moms! ❤️
My name is Natally, and I am a first-time mom to a delightful 7-month-old baby.
Now that my little one is transitioning to solids, I find myself on the lookout for nutritious and tasty recipes to introduce to his diet.
I would love to hear your suggestions and experiences with creating homemade baby food. What are your go-to recipes that your little ones absolutely adore?
Additionally, any advice on meal prep and storage of homemade baby food would be fantastic.
Thank you so much!

Hi Natally,
Congratulations on your little one! When my baby started solids, sweet potato puree was a hit. It's simple to make – just steam or roast sweet potatoes, then blend until smooth. Another favorite was mashed avocado mixed with a bit of breast milk.
For meal prep, I'd recommend making batches and freezing in ice cube trays for easy portioning. Once frozen, transfer cubes to a labeled bag for quick access. Thaw what you need in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy this exciting phase with your baby! 🫶
